1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Prime Aurora Nigeria ("Prime Aurora," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our official website, creating an account, or using the Prime Aurora trading platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the Prime Aurora platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of a country where the use of online trading platforms is permitted by law.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding financial agreement.
• You must not be subject to any sanctions, court orders, or regulatory restrictions that would prohibit you from trading financial instruments.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of any person or entity that does not also meet these eligibility requirements.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of the Prime Aurora platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. All activities that occur under your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility unless you promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one Prime Aurora account. Creating multiple accounts, or assisting others in doing so, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.

3.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.

4. Description of Services

Prime Aurora provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that executes trades in financial markets on behalf of registered users, based on parameters set by the user. Our services include:

• Access to the Prime Aurora AI trading engine and associated dashboard
• Connection to regulated broker partners for trade execution
• Educational resources and market analysis tools
• Customer support via email and live chat
• Account management tools including deposit and withdrawal functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We will not be liable for any disruption to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, market disruptions, or regulatory changes.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum initial deposit required to activate trading is $250 or the equivalent in your local currency. This amount is held by our regulated broker partners in a segregated client account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 business hours. We reserve the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests, in accordance with our AML obligations. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our control.

5.3 Fees

Registration is free. We do not charge monthly subscription fees. Broker partners may apply standard trading commissions or spreads, which will be disclosed to you clearly before you begin trading. Prime Aurora does not charge hidden fees of any kind.

5.4 Currency

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to currency conversion. Any applicable exchange rates are applied by the relevant payment processor and are outside Prime Aurora's direct control.

6. AI Trading & Risk Acknowledgement

By using the Prime Aurora AI trading system, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You understand that all forms of trading carry inherent financial risk.
• You will only invest funds that you can afford to lose without material impact on your financial situation.
• The AI trading system makes decisions based on algorithmic analysis — it is not infallible and does not guarantee any specific return.
• Market conditions can change rapidly in ways that even advanced AI systems cannot always predict accurately.
• You take full responsibility for the risk settings you choose on the platform.

We strongly encourage all users — especially beginners — to start with the minimum deposit and conservative risk settings until they are comfortable with how the platform operates.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Prime Aurora platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying systems
• Impersonating any other person or entity
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner
• Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to circumvent our AML, KYC, or fraud prevention systems
• Using the platform in any way that could damage its reputation, or the reputation of our broker partners

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, branding, design, and technology associated with the Prime Aurora platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Aurora Nigeria and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, the AI trading engine, platform design, logo, written content, and educational materials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal investment activities only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialise any part of the platform or its content without express written permission from Prime Aurora Nigeria.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Prime Aurora Nigeria shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from trading activity on the platform, including losses caused by market movements, technical errors, or AI trading decisions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials
• Any actions, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers, including broker partners and payment processors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Prime Aurora account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the user relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team. We will process any outstanding withdrawal requests prior to account closure.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account — with or without prior notice — if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, fail verification requirements, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any outstanding financial obligations survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

We genuinely hope that any issues you encounter can be resolved through our customer support team — and the vast majority of concerns are. However, in the event of a formal dispute:

• You agree to first contact us at support@primeauroranigeria.com and allow us 30 days to attempt resolution.
• If the matter is not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and post a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
